It is more crinkely, kinda like the gerber, but not as bad. They are not as soft as the smalls. I also ordered the size large, which are soft like the size small. I just throw them in with the cloth diapers and then let air dry, which takes hardly any time. I absolutely love them! Don't be fooled and get the vinyl knockoffs, they are no good at all.
